Project description: The beneficiary of the project within EPS (Power Enterprise of Serbia) was Elektroistok - Transmission Company. SS Beograd 3 (220kV), Beograd 5 (220kV), Beograd 8 (400kV) and Novi Sad 3 (400kV) were proposed for reconstruction. SEEC experts had been covering the field of substation relay protection, control and telecommunications. The main tasks within the project were:

• Tender preparation in accordance with EBRD rules,
• Support during bidding period and providing clarification to tender documents,
• Bid evaluation and
• Contracting with suppliers.

The project was finished in second half of 2005.
