Project description: Technical Consultancy services in preparation of the proposals for the award of the right by concession for the project of development of hydropower plants for the purpose of utilizing the hydropower potential of the Morača River. The Morača Project includes hydro power cascade composed of the Andrijevo, Raslovići, Milunovići, and Zlatica hydropower plants. The basic technical solution of the Project contemplates construction of hydropower plants with a total installed capacity of 238.4 MW, an average annual generation of 721 GWh, a maximum reservoir level at the Andrijevo HPP of 285 m.a.s.l., and a reservoir volume of 250 hm3. S.E.E.C. Ltd. as Subcontractor provided technical and economic inputs to the IFC and its Legal Consultant for the preparation of the Tender Documents (Task 1) and supported together with MWH the IFC and Government of Montenegro in reviewing and responding to the technical and economic queries and other technical documentation submitted by the bidder (Task 2).
