Project description: A due diligence of the two hydro power projects had been conducted. It was based on an engineering design (Preliminary Design), dating from February 2005. The due diligence was comprised of the following services:

• Evaluation of hydrological conditions
• Evaluation of geological conditions
• Evaluation of site locations
• Verification of main technical characteristics and structures
• Determination of economical parameters
• Determination of Legal Framework
• Evaluation of risks and ecological and social impacts
• Site visit.
