Project description: The purpose of consultancy services provided by SEEC experts were to analyze the possibilities for the construction of small hydro power plants in Serbia. This Report can be considered as an extension of The Pre-feasibility Study on Small Hydro Power Potential Sites in Serbia. In this Report practical aspects of a SHPP construction were investigated. The Consultant's service included following tasks:

• Identifying of three perspective small hydro sites/basins/plants ‘'Ćelije'', ‘'Bovan'', ‘'Sokolovica'';
• Verifying and description of current state of concessions for power generation of all plants/sites/basins;
• Verifying and description of all terms, conditions and procedures in order to request and to get all the concessions, including time estimate for the completion;
• Description of all obligations, formal requirements and related costs for reaching of all concession grants;
• Final report preparation with the following topics: civil water and power concession granting, final report of existing plant concession, plan of applications for concession granting, cost assessment and time schedule;
• Operating planning on the aspects of organization, legal structure, procedures for obtaining of concessional rights and manages concessional activities.
